We manufacture double column eccentric mechanical presses up to 400 tons. Closed frame of maximum rigidity for deep drawing, heavy forming and high-precision blanking.
The guide piston limits the lateral movement of the crank-connecting rod system. This provides maximum reliability of vertical guidance, impossible to achieve with guiding systems on the slide alone.
By eliminating lateral movement, slide guide wear is drastically reduced. The press maintains its precision for far longer than a conventional press.
The superior table-slide parallelism achieved by the guide piston translates directly into more perfect parts and longer die life before resharpening is required.
According to working speed: bronze gibs for standard speeds, or roller pads (16 units) for high-speed presses. In both cases correctly and automatically lubricated.
Both the slide and the structure are of monolithic construction in welded and stress-relieved steel. The slide is the most critical component in a stamping press: its rigidity determines the precision of the entire machine.
In both fixed-stroke and variable-stroke presses, the crankshafts are forged and oversized to guarantee high strength. The flywheel is mounted on its own support to avoid overloading the shaft.
The configuration is chosen according to tonnage, part geometry and type of operation.
A single force application point, centred on the slide. Suitable for centred stamping and medium drawing. Standard catalogue models range from 125 to 400 T with variable or fixed stroke.
Two symmetrical force application points on the slide axis. Uniform load distribution for wide or large-surface parts. Configuration available on request.
Tell us your application and tonnage. We will offer the most suitable model or manufacture to order.
